PEAK: Public Education, Activism, and Know Your Rights 

One primary goal of the ACLU Foundation of Colorado is to educate members of the public about their rights and freedoms, as well as to promote and enhance educational programs across the state. We offer, among other things: events, manuals, training, award programs and youth development. 

PEAK reimagines the ACLU of Colorado's public education, Know your rights, and Speakers Bureau efforts to ensure we are strategically educating and engaging the next generation of civil rights and civil liberties champions.

Our comprehensive Speakers Bureau sends speakers to groups that have requested more information on the ACLU, emphasizing issues that affect our day-to-day lives, such as how to handle encounters with police, what your rights are as a student and what your rights are as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.
